About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Diagnostic Imaging to lead a high-performing imaging department. This role oversees a team of approximately 50 full-time employees and reports directly to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will focus on strengthening team stability, fostering a positive departmental culture, and driving operational excellence across all imaging modalities.

Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Certification: ARRT certification required
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Director of Imaging or similar leadership role
• Professional Experience: 5+ years in diagnostic imaging

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership Provide direction and oversight for all diagnostic imaging services Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational objectives
• Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support technologists and supervisory staff Promote a collaborative and patient-centered work environment
• Operations Management Oversee departmental workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation Manage budgets, equipment planning, and inventory control
• Quality & Compliance Maintain and enforce policies aligned with industry standards Drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient satisfaction
• Performance Optimization Implement strategies to improve staffing stability and retention Continuously evaluate and improve departmental performance
