About The Position

As Director of Diagnostic Imaging , you will lead a team of 50 FTEs, reporting to the COO. Your primary focus will be on stabilizing staffing, enhancing departmental culture, and maximizing operational efficiency across all imaging services.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate Degree required.
• ARRT certification required.
• At least 1 year as a Director of Imaging or equivalent leadership role.
• 5+ years in diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all diagnostic imaging services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage technologists and supervisors to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Operations Management: Coordinate complex workflows, manage budgets, and oversee equipment and inventory maintenance.
• Quality & Safety: Implement and enforce policies that uphold industry standards and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Performance Improvement: Drive initiatives to stabilize staffing levels and cultivate a positive, collaborative workplace.
