About The Position

CCHO is searching for a passionate leader who thrives on building meaningful relationships and driving impact. We're looking for a dynamic Director of Development to champion our fundraising efforts, inspire generosity, and help transform lives. In this high-impact role, you'll lead innovative fundraising strategies, cultivate major donors and community partnerships, and create compelling opportunities for people to support a mission that truly matters. From energizing church congregations to connecting with corporate partners, you'll be the voice that brings our vision to life. As a member of our executive leadership team, you won't just raise funds - you'll help shape the future of the organization. You'll collaborate across departments, lead a talented development team, and drive campaigns and events that fuel growth and expand our reach. We're seeking a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and relationship-builder who is energized by public speaking, motivated by goals, and committed to making a lasting difference. This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of all of the following: background checks (fingerprints required), drug test, reference checks, Department of Justice National sex offender search, Ohio (and other states of residence) Alleged Perpetrator Search, as well as other checks as required by our licensing agency. Candidates for most jobs must be 21 or older to apply. References, background checks, and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates. Direct care positions will require a pre-employment physical, as required by our licensing agency. Must be able to commute reliably for all on-site positions. Some roles require a valid Ohio driver's license and an insurable driving record. EOE.
