About The Position

As the Director of Development, Regional Philanthropy (Northwest & Southwest States), you will play a key role in expanding the University of Oregon’s philanthropic reach across a diverse and geographically dispersed region. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, focusing on gifts in the $100K–$999K range, and lead all aspects of the donor lifecycle - from identification and qualification to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
