VIN IQ is hiring a hands-on, quota-carrying Director of Dealer Sales to grow revenue directly with automotive dealers. You will personally prospect, run discovery/demos, and close dealer deals, while building a repeatable sales motion. You’ll receive some inbound/BDR-driven opportunities, but you must consistently self-source pipeline to hit quota. This is an IC-first, player/coach role with the opportunity to add leadership scope over time. The product is proven, onboarding is dialed in, and you’ll have the support needed to focus on selling. You’ll sell to dealer principals/GMs and marketing leaders. Reports to the CEO.
