RPOAs primary goal is to help our clients to experience the best retirement possible.Job Description:The Director of Data will lead the firms enterprise data strategyoverseeing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Salesforce Analytics, the enterprise data warehouse, and all integrations that power our retirement planning ecosystem. This role ensures that data from custodians (Pershing/BNY, and future multi-custodial partners), Black Diamond, and other platforms is unified, accurate, and actionable. The Director of Data partners across the Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and Advisory Services departments to transform data into a strategic assetdriving better decisions, stronger workflows, and scalable growth.
