About The Position

We’re looking for a visionary Director of Data Analytics to lead our enterprise-wide data strategy and elevate how we use information to drive decisions. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll partner with executives and cross-functional teams to build a modern analytics roadmap, deliver powerful insights, and strengthen our data-driven culture. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and modern visualization tools.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and inspire.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex insights.

Nice To Haves

Relevant analytics or BI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and champion the organization’s data analytics vision and long-term strategy.
Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of analysts and BI developers.
Collaborate closely with leaders to identify high-value analytics opportunities.
Create intuitive, compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other tools.
Establish visualization standards that ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
Deliver insights that power decisions at every level of the organization.
Oversee data collection, integration, and quality processes to ensure reliable, accessible data.
Leverage SQL and advanced analytical techniques to discover trends and unlock insights.
Turn complex information into meaningful recommendations.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business language.
Promote and embed data-driven decision-making across the company.
Stay on the cutting edge of analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance our analytics capabilities and streamline workflows.
