About The Position

Avenue Link is looking for a Director of Revenue Intelligence & Growth Analytics - not just a data scientist, but a strategic builder who transforms data into competitive advantage. This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, growth strategy, marketplace economics, and performance marketing. You'll combine hands-on analytical execution with the vision and leadership to evolve how Avenue Link uses data to drive smarter traffic acquisition, stronger lead generation, higher buyer quality, and greater profitability. You will own the full revenue intelligence lifecycle - from traffic entry and form submission to lead generation, buyer routing, and revenue realization - ensuring the business operates with clarity, speed, and precision. This role requires someone deeply technical, commercially sharp, highly curious, and comfortable influencing senior leadership with insight, not just reports. Lead generation experience is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in analytics, growth analytics, data science, performance marketing analytics, or revenue optimization
  • Experience in lead generation, marketplaces, fintech, or high-velocity acquisition environments strongly preferred
  • Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
  • Expertise in Tableau, including modeling and automated refresh pipelines
  • Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse environments
  • Strong experimentation background (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
  • Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on executor
  • Proven ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to executives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in lead generation or performance marketing ecosystems (strong plus)
  • Exposure to light machine learning or strong interest in predictive modeling (lead scoring, routing optimization, quality prediction)
  • Deep understanding of UX/CRO and funnel analytics
  • Experience building or managing small analytics teams
  • Familiarity with API-driven data ingestion and engineering collaboration workflows

Responsibilities

  • Architect Revenue Intelligence
  • Own end-to-end analytics across our lead generation marketplace
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategy that improves EPC, ROI, conversion rate, and partner value
  • Build the connective tissue between traffic acquisition, funnel performance, buyer behavior, and monetization
  • Elevate how data informs pricing, routing, and yield optimization decisions
  • Drive Experimentation & Growth
  • Own A/B experimentation governance from hypothesis through execution and implementation
  • Identify revenue leakage and conversion friction across the funnel
  • Partner with marketing and UX to continuously optimize form flows and acquisition channels
  • Lead a culture of structured experimentation and measurable growth
  • Modernize Reporting & Data Infrastructure
  • Replace manual reporting with automated, scalable intelligence systems
  • Build and refine Tableau dashboards connected to BigQuery and other data sources
  • Establish enterprise-level reporting standards and governance
  • Ensure data consistency, reliability, and executive-ready visibility
  • Optimize Buyer Performance & Lead Economics
  • Analyze drivers of EPC, monetization, and buyer performance
  • Improve lead routing logic and partner matching
  • Support development of predictive lead scoring and quality models
  • Collaborate on ML-driven enhancements to maximize revenue per visitor
  • Lead & Elevate the Analytics Function
  • Mentor and structure 1-2 analysts (with team growth expected)
  • Create repeatable analytical frameworks
  • Raise the bar for insight generation and business impact
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership
