The Director of Curriculum Solutions will own and grow a portfolio of strategic district and school partnerships that drive measurable student impact through the Modern Classrooms Project (MCP) model, with a particular focus on strengthening math instruction. This senior, relationship-driven role blends deep instructional expertise with partnership and account leadership to ensure successful adoption, high-quality implementation, and long-term sustainability of MCP’s work. Reporting to the Chief Success Officer, the Director serves as the primary relationship owner for school, district, state, and philanthropic partners, working closely with principals, instructional coaches, and district leaders. The role is responsible for guiding partners through implementation of the MCP model, supporting renewal and expansion, and acting as a credible instructional thought partner who connects classroom practice to system-level goals. As MCP continues to scale its curriculum-aligned partnerships, this role will be critical to deepening impact within existing accounts and shaping future growth. We’re looking for a mission-driven leader with strong math instructional expertise and proven success owning, renewing, and growing K–12 partnerships. You build trusted, executive-level relationships, demonstrate student impact to sustain adoption, and align work to district and system priorities. You bring strong project management skills to drive cross-functional execution and ensure partnership success.
