This position is integral in achieving company goals through strategic HR leadership and the hands-on management of day-to-day operations. As a department of one, this role balances tactical HR functions with high-level initiatives to attract, develop, and retain a superior workforce while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
