The Director of Culinary and Nutritional Services is tasked with planning, organizing, developing, and directing the entire operation of the Culinary and Nutritional Department. This includes ensuring the provision of quality nutritional services daily and maintaining culinary services in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, all in strict adherence to company standards and federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires performing exempt duties, directly related to the management or general business operations of the department, for at least 80% of the time, and involves exercising discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance.
