Requirements

• ServSafe certified
• 2+ years' experience as a Food/Culinary Service Director in a long term care/ sub-acute environment
• Desire to serve others is necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Dietary Manager preferred

Responsibilities

• Well versed in purchasing systems, menu programs and software and be able to read and understand financial reports associated with the Dietary Department
• Possess a thorough knowledge of and commitment to meet the federal, state and local regulations.
• Partner with the other members of the team to meet the nutritional needs of the residents and to provide services for special events and the daily activity programs.
