This role ensures excellence in menu development, culinary standards, operational efficiency, and team leadership while fostering collaboration with chefs across the broader portfolio.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of culinary trends, production, sanitation, and food cost management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • ServSafe® Certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Food Service Management or related field desirable.
  • 5+ years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic culinary leadership for 20HY and 30HY operations.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop three Executive Chefs, ensuring consistent execution of culinary standards.
  • Serve as Point of Contact to client for Wells Fargo culinary operations
  • Drive culinary programming, menu innovation, and on‑trend food concepts for corporate dining.
  • Collaborate with chefs across the portfolio to align best practices, share insights, and elevate overall culinary performance.
  • Oversee food quality, safety, sanitation, and cost controls across units.
  • Support CSR, wellness, seasonality, and sustainability initiatives in menu design.
  • Evaluate operational performance, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Represent culinary operations with clients, customers, and internal partners.
