About The Position

As a Director of Cubicle Curtain Services and Compliance you will be responsible for leading and overseeing ImageFIRST’s national cubicle curtain program, guiding and supporting all aspects of curtain field operations, logistics, and compliance for a rapidly growing healthcare service company. This person will specialize in cubicle curtain cleaning, installation, and replacement. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, enhancing route efficiency, and scaling service delivery across multiple regions. Why Join ImageFIRST? Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in operations leadership, with experience in route-based services, healthcare, or environmental services
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operations
  • Strong understanding of infection control standards and healthcare facility operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum required
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to travel as needed – 60%+
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Coachable and flexible to process changes
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and high-level performance
  • Continuous learner

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the cubicle curtain business
  • Implement national SOPs to standardize operations while allowing for regional flexibility
  • Coach Plant Managers on the proper processing and finishing process
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and efficiency
  • Identify and implement technologies and process improvements to support national growth and service scalability
  • Work closely with Category Director in developing long-term operational strategies that meet the company’s objectives
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of installation-related problems to ensure long-term operational reliability
  • Responsible for training and certification of all compliance areas
  • Continuous improvement actions: proper scanning and service requirements improvement of SOP for processing and servicing monitor and follow training status of service associates
