Lead a dynamic team of leadership, screeners, case managers, clinicians, nurses, admins, and peers focused on compassionate and holistic community services for person identified as having a SPMI and need extra support in getting linked with all areas of services to help maximize and achieve overall life wellness. Increase relationships with community providers in Gloucester County to ensure individuals are linked with services that they can feel identified/comfortable engaging with. Ensure full program regulatory and program processes while motivating a team. Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment. Collaborate with Acenda team members to implement services for those populations identified needing support. As an integrated health organization Acenda values the use of evidence-based practice or EBP's. Acute Services under the Director of Crisis Services include emergency crisis services, mental health urgent care, and intensive outpatient PERS, IOTSS/TTW, and EISS. Programs provide individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health crisis with psychiatric screening assessments, emergency mental health care, linkages to the community to divert from hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services. Population served is predominantly individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
