This position has a flexible base location within any of our three Giving Factory markets – Greater Boston, Chicagoland or Philadelphia. This role is primarily remote and will occasionally be asked to work in person in one of our Giving Factories. All Cradles to Crayons staff participate in monthly in-person volunteer shifts to stay closely connected to our mission. The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for designing, launching, and scaling a national corporate partnership program that deepens engagement, increases revenue, and fuels mission impact. This role will develop a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy, cultivate and steward high value corporate relationships, and lead to the creation and execution of a meaningful corporate volunteer engagement program. Cradles to Crayons has a best-in-class corporate volunteer engagement experience in our Giving Factories. Our current model provides impactful engagement opportunities for employees, builds brand awareness and visibility for both the corporate partners and C2C, and reflects a transformative relationship in which each institution is strengthened by the other’s unique contributions. Collectively, over 19,000 corporate employees volunteer in our Giving Factories on an annual basis across our three Giving Factories, with representation from nearly 900 companies across our markets. As we embark on an ambitious strategic plan to scale and grow, we want to grow these experiences to corporations around the country, extending that best-in-class experience outside of the walls of our Giving Factories to build more partnerships and in turn, help more children in need. This role requires a strategic thinker, strong relationship builder, and entrepreneurial leader who can operate both at the big picture level and with hands on execution.
