About The Position

CBTS is a ~$1.2B revenue technology services and product resale organization with a strong track record of organic growth and an active, disciplined M&A strategy. Inorganic growth is a core pillar of our long-term value creation plan, focused on acquiring accretive businesses that expand capabilities, vertical depth, and geographic reach. Transactions will typically range from $50–150M in revenue and $10–30M in EBITDA, across services-led, product resale, and hybrid business models. This role reports to the SVP of Operations and works closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and external advisors.
