About The Position

Lead the internal developer platform that standardizes how teams build and ship software Deliver golden paths, templates, and build-and-deploy workflows used across engineering Define CI/CD pipeline patterns with embedded policy enforcement and environment automation Lead and scale engineering teams responsible for developer experience, platform services, and AI enablement Set clear priorities, execution standards, and delivery expectations across the PSA domain Experience building or leading cloud platform, identity, or foundational infrastructure engineering teams Strong background in identity systems, access models, and entitlement governance Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, IaC, networking patterns, and platform security Ability to set standards, drive adoption, and reduce fragmentation across engineering organizations Experience hiring, developing, and scaling engineering teams and leaders Ownership of cloud architecture standards, Infrastructure as Code frameworks, or platform guardrail systems Background in identity lifecycle automation and access or entitlement modeling across enterprise environments Design and operate shared platform services that support provisioning, automation, and integration Provide governed access to AI models and services used in production Establish reusable integration patterns for AI-enabled services, agents, and copilots Support migration from legacy pipelines to standardized platform workflows

Requirements

• Experience building or leading cloud platform, identity, or foundational infrastructure engineering teams
• Strong background in identity systems, access models, and entitlement governance
• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, IaC, networking patterns, and platform security
• Ability to set standards, drive adoption, and reduce fragmentation across engineering organizations
• Experience hiring, developing, and scaling engineering teams and leaders
• 10+ years in cloud, identity, or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading engineering teams or functions
• Ownership of cloud architecture standards, Infrastructure as Code frameworks, or platform guardrail systems
• Background in identity lifecycle automation and access or entitlement modeling across enterprise environments
