SUMMARY: The Director of Contracts manages and audits the function and performance of contract staff by ensuring daily activities and functions are completed per contract requirements. Observes and complies with state, federal, and other contract requirements and governing bodies and regulations. Develops, implements, and oversees processes and administration of established contracts. Evaluates and makes recommendations to submit RFP responses and provides recommendations to management, to include compliance with Source America and Work Quest requirements as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensures daily activities and functions are completed on all contracts, including but not limited to state and federal contracts in accordance with contract and or governing body requirements. Supervises assigned contract staff in daily operations according to contract requirements.
