The Director of Concierge Sales & Partnerships at Blueprint is responsible for driving premium concierge growth through disciplined sales execution and high-leverage partnerships, while preserving Blueprint’s clinical integrity and brand credibility. This role owns the end-to-end premium acquisition motion—from inbound qualification and consultative sales to strategic partnerships that deliver aligned, high-intent clients. The Director works closely with clinical leadership to ensure that growth is ethical, evidence-based, and sustainable. This is not high-volume or commission-only sales. It is a senior role focused on relationship-driven growth, long-cycle decision making, and trust with sophisticated, high-expectation clients.
