About The Position

Lead game day excitement from behind the scenes! As Director of Concessions, you will champion operational excellence across all concession areas, driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability. You will serve as a key leader responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient, and engaging concessions experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in foodservice or venue-based operations
• Strong financial acumen and experience with labor and cost controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems
• Must be able to work a flexibile schedule - including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field is preferred
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all concession operations during events and non-event days
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of concessions management staff
• Implement strategies for upselling and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Partner with culinary and premium departments to align operations
• Analyze performance metrics and produce regular operational reports
