The Director of Compliance Risk Programs and Advisory leads key components of the credit union’s enterprise-wide Compliance Management System (CMS). This strategic second line role oversees compliance advisory, training, fair and responsible banking, monitoring, and issue validation activities to ensure that regulatory compliance is effectively embedded into business operations. This leader is a collaborative and credible compliance partner to business units and product teams, providing practical, risk-aligned guidance that supports both regulatory integrity and responsible innovation. The Director manages a team of compliance professionals and works closely with Legal, ERM, and business leadership to identify and mitigate emerging compliance risks.
