Under the general direction of the Chief Talent, Culture, & Compliance Officer (CTO/CCO), the Director of Compliance & Risk Management is responsible for: Supporting the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with operational leadership for the Corporate Compliance Program. This includes functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization and has direct access to the President/CEO (if the CCO is ever compromised) or the Board of Directors (if the CCO and the President/CEO are ever both compromised). The position works to ensure the Board of Directors, management, and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that Agency policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the Villa of Hope Standards of Conduct.
