About The Position
Lead, inspire, and elevate competitive swimming. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Competitive Swimming to guide our program's vision, develop athletes and coaches, and foster a culture of excellence both in and out of the pool. Hours will vary including 5am coaching and evening and weekend swim meets.
