Make a Difference The Director of Compensation is responsible for the overall strategy, management, and administration of employee broad-base and variable Compensation programs within the organization. This job will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive and cost-effective Compensation programs to attract, motivate and retain talent while ensuring alignment with Human Resources objectives and industry standards. This role will be part of a Total Rewards leadership team, reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards. The Director Compensation will also: • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to support talent acquisition, retention, and performance initiatives • Oversee compensation systems, analytics, and team leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic insights • Develop communication strategies to educate leaders and employees on compensation programs and philosophy
