This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how we attract, retain, and reward top talent—while aligning with our mission to improve the health of our community. As the Director of Compensation & Benefits, you will lead the strategy, design, and administration of our total rewards programs—including compensation, health and wellness benefits, retirement, and leave programs. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to ensure our offerings are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
