We are seeking a charismatic and talented individual to serve as the Director of Community Relations at our beautiful community of The Bristal Assisted Living at North Hills. The ideal candidate will possess sales and business development experience in an assisted living, healthcare, hospitality or similar environment. To excel in this role, you should hold a thorough working knowledge of the industry and be able to market our exceptional, one-of-a-kind assisted living residences and services to the surrounding community with great expertise, professionalism and panache. This position will require both inside sales and outreach to the community to generate leads and cultivate new business referral sources. Knowledge of referral sources in your geographical area is preferred. This position will be 80% Inside Sales and 20% Outreach (one day per week). If you have highly polished communication skills and pre-developed referral resources in the community, then this position will be an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you.
