The Director of Communications will be responsible for assisting the leadership team in ensuring the Reinsurance Association of America (RAA) is the go‐to source and thought leader on legislative and regulatory issues impacting the reinsurance industry. This position will assist in creating messaging to promote the value of reinsurance and to educate others on our industry, our issues and our positions. Target audiences include legislative, executive and regulatory bodies and the media. The Director of Communications is also responsible for enhancing communications with our members. This important position requires not only superior communication skills and creativity, but also a sense of entrepreneurship and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
