The Director of Communications owns the execution of enterprise communications, supporting organizational priorities, new initiatives, and transformation efforts. This role works closely with senior leaders to develop and deliver internal and external messaging, manage press releases, oversee social media, and ensure communications are timely, clear, and aligned to business goals. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Enterprise Communications Delivery - Execute day to day internal and external communications that support business operations and enterprise priorities. Executive Messaging and Advisory Support - Own drafting and delivery of executive and senior leadership communications, serving as a trusted partner on tone, clarity, and message alignment. Corporate Social Media Leadership - Lead corporate and leadership social media end to end, including content creation, approvals, publishing, governance, and performance management. Press Releases and External Announcements - Draft and manage press releases and public announcements tied to company news, initiatives, partnerships, and milestones. Initiative and Transformation Communications - Deliver communications for enterprise initiatives and transformation efforts, ensuring complex topics are translated into clear, actionable messages. Issue, Risk, and Sensitive Communications - Support high visibility or sensitive communications, proactively identifying risks and ensuring thoughtful, coordinated messaging. Measurement, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement - Track performance across communication channels and provide insights and reporting to inform decisions and optimize execution. Other Duties as Assigned - Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational priorities, evolving business needs, and communications initiatives.
