We are seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end commercial strategy for our devices business. This role partners directly with the GM of Devices and cross-functional leaders across Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Growth to define pricing strategy, commercialization plans, and performance management that drive profitable, scalable growth. This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role for a first-principles thinker who can operate at both the strategic and operational level; shaping direction, pressure-testing assumptions, and ensuring the business is focused on the highest-leverage opportunities. The US-based salary range for this position is $178,500 to $261,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
