About The Position

Director of Operations Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair We are a family-owned collision repair company operating two locations and focused on running a high-quality, well-organized operation. We’re looking for someone who can help bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to our daily operations while protecting the culture and standards we’ve worked hard to build. This role partners closely with ownership and oversees both shops, with the Shop Managers and Claims Manager reporting directly to you. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with our team and help unify culture across locations Coach and support managers in communication, expectations, and accountability Observe workflows and simplify processes to reduce stress and rework Align operations between shops while respecting their differences Improve day-to-day flow, throughput, and predictability Help strengthen the business so it runs smoothly and sustainably Learn the collision repair industry and stay engaged through training and industry groups What Success Looks Like You’ll know you’re succeeding when: The team trusts you and brings problems early Managers handle more decisions confidently The shops operate with less chaos and clearer expectations Processes feel simpler and more consistent Who This Role Is For Collision experience is helpful but not required — we can teach the technical side. Experience in service operations, team leadership, or multi-department management is helpful. Work Style This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time in both shops working alongside managers and observing operations firsthand — not behind a desk all day.
