Your day as a Director of Continuum of Care Programs The Director of Continuum of Care Programs at Housing Solutions Tulsa plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission to combat homelessness in the community. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this leadership position collaborates closely with the organization’s leadership team and the Leadership Council of A Way Home for Tulsa. The Director is responsible for implementing the CoC’s strategic plan and managing the annual HUD Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (CoC NOFO) competition. Key responsibilities include guiding community service providers to adopt best practice models, supporting program evaluation and partnership management, and overseeing the submission of the HUD Continuum of Care Program application. With 2-6 direct reports, the Director will lead efforts to integrate behavioral health services and enhance service delivery for individuals experiencing homelessness. This expert-level position demands strong leadership, compliance with the HEARTH Act, and the ability to foster stakeholder relationships, ensuring the Continuum of Care effectively meets community needs.
