We’re looking for someone who is not only deeply technical and strategic but also eager to stay hands‑on while shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure and deployment ecosystem. This leader will play a pivotal role in uniting our DevOps and architecture teams, fostering a culture built on continuous delivery, operational excellence, and ongoing innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including server management, systems architecture, and DevOps practices.
• 5+ years in IT leadership roles, with demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Hands-on expertise with major public cloud platforms — AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with modern data technologies, including Postgres and Kafka.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading infrastructure teams supporting Java Spring Boot applications at scale.
• Background integrating AI/ML tooling into DevOps workflows or delivery pipelines.
• Healthcare industry or regulated-environment experience (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, with a focus on innovation, speed, and quality.
• Lead the Architecture and DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure that supports the organization's growth and digital transformation.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, encouraging the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies that drive business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and Machine Learning (ML) into our DevOps and delivery processes, ensuring safe, secure, and efficient deployment of solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure effective use of resources and optimal return on investment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners, to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our technology landscape.
