We are seeking a new Director of Clinical Services will oversee the clinical programs at The Refuge - A Healing Place, a leading behavioral health facility. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, program development, and regulatory compliance. The Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, managing staff, and aligning services with the hospital’s mission to treat patients with mental health and substance use disorders. The Refuge, A Healing Place is a nationally recognized trauma-informed residential treatment center on 94 serene acres in Florida’s Ocala National Forest. We provide long-term, evidence-based care for adults (18+) struggling with PTSD, addiction, eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health issues.
