About The Position

Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team in Maricopa County. We’re looking for a dynamic home health professional who shares our values of quality, compassion, and excellence in patient care — and who inspires those same values in their team.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted RN License in AZ
Minimum 2 years of home healthcare experience (required)
Minimum 2 years of nurse management or leadership experience in home health (required)
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, OASIS, PPS, and home care operations
Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
Excellent computer and documentation skills
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Direct and manage all office clinical operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations, and payer requirements.
Maintain quality and adequacy of nursing practices and patient care services.
Oversee communication among clinical staff, patients, families, and referral sources.
Participate in agency performance improvement and community outreach initiatives.
Provide backup support for field nurses as needed (SOC, ROC, discharge visits, etc.).
Lead, coach, and mentor clinical staff to promote excellence in care and teamwork.
