About The Position
Director of Clinical Services - Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center - Midland, TX Signet Health is currently recruiting for a Director of Clinical Services, for a New, free-standing psychiatric hospital located at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX. The facility is scheduled to open Spring 2026.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related healthcare management field
- Current, valid Texas licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Significant experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record in behavioral health
- Experience in leadership and management roles, including budget management and staff supervision
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient care standards, and performance data analysis
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing behavioral health services
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavioral health programs, policies, and clinical strategies.
- Oversee the budget and financial management of behavioral health services.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state (Texas), and local regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
- Manage staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
- Handle patient complaints and advocate for high-quality patient care standards.
