About The Position

The Corporate Director of Clinical Services is a key player on our corporate clinical leadership team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for developing, supporting, and occasionally rescuing our facility-level nurses and nurse leaders. You’ll spend your days coaching, training, assessing, mentoring, and helping our teams deliver excellent care—while keeping us compliant, survey-ready, and moving in the right direction.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the action, not just talking about it.

Requirements

• A valid Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in long-term care, post-acute, acute care, rehabilitation, or similar settings.
• Willingness to accept interim leadership assignments at our facilities when needed.
• A strong understanding of financial management, quality assurance, and operational processes.
• A passion for people—both the residents we serve and the teams who care for them.

Responsibilities

• Stepping in as an Interim Director of Nursing when needed—cape optional, leadership required.
• Developing and strengthening nursing teams across our post-acute services.
• Coaching and mentoring nurses and nurse leaders to help them grow professionally and confidently.
• Supporting quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives (because great care doesn’t happen by accident).
• Helping facilities meet clinical outcome goals and stay compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Promoting a culture of exceptional customer service, teamwork, and employee well-being.
• Using strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to keep things running smoothly—even on the tough days.
