Director of Clinical Operations
About The Position
The Director of Clinical Operations provides operational leadership for clinical and business functions within the organization's clinics. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient centered care through oversight of clinical processes, regulatory compliance, business functions, and performance improvement initiatives. The Director of Clinical Operations oversees a team of Managers who are responsible for the direct supervision and day to day management of clinical support staff. This position collaborates closely with medical leadership, administrative teams and other ancillary departments to optimize patient flow, enhance the patient experience and maintain operational excellence across clinical units. The Director of Clinical Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
