The Director of Client Growth leads the Client Growth function for Acquisition.com’s Advisory Practice. This role owns the post-sale revenue engine, focusing on retaining clients, expanding relationships, and increasing lifetime value across the existing client base. The Director is responsible for building and running the system to achieve these goals, including managing the Client Growth team, defining the client journey across products, and establishing workflows for retention and expansion. This is a builder-operator role, requiring the creation of structure and scaling it as the business grows. The position reports to the Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations and involves close partnership with Sales, Advisory, Events, Marketing, Support, and Revenue Operations.
