The company provides transportation and logistics services including ocean & air freight transport, contract logistics, customs brokerage, and supply chain management. They are seeking a Director of CHB Compliance to join their team. This role involves monitoring and reporting on all Import Brokerage compliance activities in the US, including those related to Participating Government Agencies. The Director will be responsible for setting policies, procedures, and direction for a compliant Import Customs regulatory compliance program, as well as monitoring and enforcing compliance policy guidelines for reasonable care and paperless recordkeeping. The position requires excellent leadership skills and a passion for helping team members, strong customer relations, and a detail-oriented, reliable, and goal-oriented approach. The role can be located at any of their nation-wide offices in Monterey Park, CA; Fullerton, CA; Forest Park, GA; Elk Grove Village, IL; Mineola, NY; or Seattle, WA.
