About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management, preferably within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment.
  • Strong background in banquet operations and event planning.
  • Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the catering team to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service delivery.
  • Develop and implement catering menus that meet client needs while showcasing culinary creativity.
  • Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events, providing expert guidance throughout the planning process.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all food and beverage supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff in catering best practices, customer service skills, and shift management.
  • Foster relationships with vendors to secure quality products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor event budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
