About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is seeking a Director of Catering to join our dynamic Commercial Team. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in event planning and hospitality operations with proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. This position will be responsible for a catering sales and servicing revenue goal to secure and service Catering and Group Business. We are looking for an individual with a creative passion for event sales and planning. Who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The Director of Catering is responsible for generating revenue through new business development and the servicing of corporate group business. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills and able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of our clients and operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service.
