This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels at creating memorable events while driving revenue and delivering outstanding member and guest experiences. Annual compensation: $75k - $95k BOE Overview The Director of Catering Sales & Events is a key revenue-driving role responsible for planning, selling, coordinating, and executing a wide range of member and private events at the Club, including golf tournaments, social gatherings, and special functions. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with all department heads, this individual ensures exceptional member and guest experiences through seamless execution, strong cross-department collaboration, and elevated service standards. This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to developing new business, engaging with members, and leveraging relationships to grow event revenue. The ideal candidate is a confident, creative, and relationship-driven event sales professional with a proven track record and a strong understanding of marketing and delivering a premier private club experience.
