Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in catering sales or event sales
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing sales pipelines and revenue forecasting
• Knowledge of banquet and event operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute catering sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Manage and grow client relationships for repeat and new business
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event documentation
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Track and report sales performance metrics
