We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Estate & Catering Sales. This pivotal role will oversee the sales efforts for our luxury estate house as well as catering sales and services, ensuring revenue growth and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the luxury estate house and catering services.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and event planners to generate leads and bookings.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and service team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies, including targeted promotions and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceeding client expectations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent Kingsmill Resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the estate house and catering services.
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate event logistics, menu planning, billing, and execution, ensuring flawless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury estate sales, catering sales, or related roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales and service team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
