The JOB: As the Director of Catering and Conference Services you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests. This role has oversight of the Catering team and Conference Services team. The Director is responsible for the coordination of conference and meeting groups and optimization of catering sales to achieve guest satisfaction in accordance with Noble House service and sustainability standards. This role will ensure stellar service is received by all guests for maximum re-booking achievement and upsell for profitability and memorable experiences. This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! This role requires good communication and organizations skills, the ability to motivate and inspire and a desire to take care of others.
