With a vision to "Build and sell Microsoft AI, Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions at scale. The Director of Business Strategy - Partner Incentive Design position is within the Global Partner Investments team in GCPS, which is responsible for leading the design, implementation and governance of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of investments. This individual will be responsible for leading the strategy and design of the partner‑aligned programs and investments for one of our key commercial solution areas. This individual will engage across segment, marketing, and field teams to ensure that our investments enable the achievement of our business goals and support a multi-year transformation strategy across the portfolio. This role will need to collaborate effectively across teams to positively influence the short- and long-term strategy of our market-leading partner ecosystem.
