About The Position

The Director of Business Services provides leadership and oversight for the college's business operations, including purchasing, bookstore operations, and student accounts. The Director ensures efficient, compliant and customer-focused operations that support the college's fiscal integrity and mission. This position plays a key role in managing institutional resources, promoting sound financial practices, and delivering high-quality service to students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience or associate's degree plus 5 years experience, in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, accounting, or financial management, with at least two (2) years of direct supervisory or management experience.
• This position requires a background check, as well as a credit check.
• Must be a current Richland Employee to be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience overseeing purchasing, billing, or similar financial processes in an educational environment preferred.
