Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Director of Business Operations - Senior - to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: As Director of Business Operations - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of Task Order business operations by implementing a traditional directorate model to rapidly onboard workforce, stabilize global operations, facilitate compliance. Directs planning, resource management, and transition execution to guarantee seamless operations and stakeholder engagement. Leads development and execution of Transition In and Transition Out Plans. Oversees PMP development, MSR reporting, and Task Order portal documentation. Directs tracking and reporting of GFE/CAP across the Task Order. Supports Program Manager in governance, outreach, and customer satisfaction efforts. Ensures quality management processes are followed across operational domains. Serves as secondary interface with Government program authorities. Backfills Program Manager responsibilities, overseeing contractor personnel and project operations. Develops procedures and directs execution of contractual, technical, and administrative support efforts. Manages financial and administrative aspects of the Task Order. Oversees problem and incident management processes. Leads coordination of cross-competency teams and ensures operational balance. Promotes continuous improvement through feedback and performance monitoring. Utilizes the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools (Task Order portal, Microsoft Power Platform [Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate], G Invoicing API, ASSIST portal integration, variance analysis dashboards); Scheduling & Planning Tools (MS Project, GFP management modules, WBS tracking systems); Workflow & Tracking Tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows); Documentation & Knowledge Management Tools (SharePoint libraries, Confluence, Microsoft Search, lessons learned databases, video library repositories); Audit & Compliance Tools (Archer GRC, internal audit portals, Excel/SharePoint audit templates, configuration management database with version control); Reporting & Analytics Tools (Power BI with R/Python integration, Tableau, predictive analytics engines, trend analysis dashboards); Collaboration & Communication Tools (Teams, role based access via Azure AD, mobile access via Power Apps)

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience to include supervisory/management experience
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
