About The Position

THE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT FOR ROC AMERICAS WILL LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING, SALES, AND CHANNEL STRATEGIES ALIGNED WITH THE COMPANY’S GLOBAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES. THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING REVENUE GROWTH, MARGIN IMPROVEMENT, AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY ACROSS THE REGION, WHILE INFLUENCING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS INCLUDING SALES, OPERATIONS, SUPPLY CHAIN, PRICING, AND FINANCE. THE DIRECTOR SERVES AS A KEY STRATEGIC PARTNER TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP, PROVIDING ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS, FINANCIAL GUIDANCE, AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE TO SHAPE THE COMPANY’S LONG-TERM GROWTH.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, financial, or operational leadership roles, ideally within Sales, Finance, Product Management, or Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue, margin, and operational improvements in complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems; SAP and/or Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of industrial or B2B markets is strongly preferred.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute pricing, volume, contracting, and channel strategies for ROC Americas.
  • Drive the regional implementation of the company’s strategic business plan, ensuring measurable business results.
  • Lead advanced financial, market, and profitability analyses to inform executive-level decisions.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to optimize productivity, margins, and operational efficiency.
  • Support capacity planning and expansion initiatives through strategic market and financial analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to guide long-term strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align demand, pricing, and supply capabilities with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide regular insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Lead or participate in high-impact cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Lead & mentor a high-performing team of business managers and analysts.
  • Oversee departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations & career development planning to cultivate leadership talent.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
